My Journey, My Passion
I know what it’s like to push so hard even rest feels impossible, and I also know what it usually leads to; burnout. I was utterly exhausted, overwhelmed, and almost ready to quit, both in work and life itself.
What saved me wasn’t luck. It was the laughter of my 6-month-old son, determination, deep research, and grit, culminating in me creating my own complete system for rebuilding my life from the inside out.
That breaking point pushed me to understand not just how stress feels, but how it actually works in the body and mind.
Hi, I’m Kevin Gibbs; a half-British, half-Finnish entrepreneur, father of two, and someone who almost commited suicide because I tried to everything right and didn’t deal with my negative past experiences.
Today, I help others realign their lives for success and joy by combining compassion with science.

So Why the Passion to Help?
Partly because it’s in me. I’ve wanted to help people for as long as I can remember. In school, when our guidance counselor asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, I said, “I don’t know… something where I can help people.” She suggested I become a cashier. Not quite what I had in mind. But this, helping people thrive, is exactly it.
And also because I’ve been at rock bottom.
Like many people I help now, I learned early how stress and fear live in the body. Some learn this at home, I learnt it at school. Over the first 6 years of school, I experienced extreme bullying, which left me emotionally and physically wrecked. It affected my voice and gave me IBS, which only worsened when my first-born didn’t sleep at all.
For years, I pushed through exhaustion, stress, and physical pain, thinking grit alone would get me through. I did what most high-achievers do: I ignored myself and kept going. Until I was close to giving up, saved literally only by my 6-month-old’s laughter.
That breaking point forced me to rethink everything. What actually makes people thrive? What keeps them from burning out, self-sabotaging, or running on fumes?
I spent years diving into the science of stress and behavior change, not only out of curiosity but out of necessity too. I read dozens of books, studied emotional freedom techniques and schema therapy, and experimented on myself until I began to rebuild from the inside out.
Through my studies and experience, I realized there are five core pillars that separate those who thrive from those who barely survive:
- Nutrition and exercise optimization
- Sleep and habit mastery
- Mental wellbeing and emotional resilience
- Clear, assertive, and non-violent communication
- Organization and time management
With these pillars, I became a better man: partner, father, entrepreneur, and human being.
That experience is what now drives me to help others find the calm I once had to rebuild from scratch.
What Have I Done Over the Years?
Over the past 12+ years, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of people rebuild their wellbeing and confidence, from professionals and parents to semi-pro athletes and healthcare workers.
Here’s what that’s looked like in practice:
I’ve worked with hundreds of people to release the physical and emotional patterns that keep them in survival mode. From IBS sufferers to burned-out professionals, I’ve helped clients find calm in their bodies, clarity in their minds, and energy in their lives again.
I’ve also trained healthcare professionals to understand how mental and physical health intertwine, and how communication can either support or sabotage recovery.
I’ve supported professionals in building healthier habits and stress resilience, so they can lead without burning out and coached semi-professional athletes on movement, mindset, and recovery, helping them perform at their best sustainably.
I’ve also given speeches on mental wellbeing and trading, and given several workshops on training, movement, and psychology for both clients and professionals alike.
Each of these experiences deepened my belief that change doesn’t happen through willpower alone. It happens when we align the body, mind, and environment to support calm and clarity.
Today, I combine everything I’ve learned from psychology, fitness, nutrition, habits, and communication into science-based, practical coaching that actually works.
